The SMP headquarters office is located in Phnom Penh with all the management team.

There are 3 provincial offices : in Preah Vihear, in Stung Treng and in Kampong Thom.

SMP field staff is composed by complementary competency : community officer,  agronomist,  data officer, Internal control system officer, team leader, compliance manager, finance officer....

​

Today we are 30 staffs working to alleviate poverty and improve conservation all around Cambodia !
